From Vine Vale’s deep sandy soils over orange clay.

Fully destemmed and fermented on skins for 22 days. Hand plunged once every couple of days to reduce extraction then pressed to two 300lt old French oak barrels.

Aged for 16 months before bottling.

Zero adds, fining or filtration.
