Delivery Information

At Crooked Drinks, we want you to receive your orders as quickly as possible. That’s why we use reliable couriers and provide tracking information for every order.

For all deliveries we use Sendle, Australia's first 100% carbon neutral shipping service and certified B Corp company.

We do not delivery to PO Boxes or AusPost parcel lockers - please provide a residental or commercial address for delivery.

 

 

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We will dispatch all orders within 24 hours and will only sell stock that we have on-hand in-store - no dropshipping and no delays!

However, please note that there may be delays in transit when there is high demand periods, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

 

How can I track my order?

What if my order is delayed or damaged?

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time and in good condition. However, we cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@crookeddrinks.com.au and we will happily look into it further with the courier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@crookeddrinks.com.au immediately. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the affected items. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
