The fruit for the 2024 Pétillant Naturel Riesling is sourced from maritime, cool climate Mount Gambier. The soil profile is dominated by metamorphosed limestone. The vineyard is organically managed by viticulturists Mary and Guy Stratford.

Grapes picked on the 12th of March. Light pressing, all free run juice. Juice treated oxidatively. Fermented in aged french oak. Vegan. Organic.
