Cool conditions in 2023 meant the Friulano was harvested a few weeks later than normal from the usual Pasut vineyard source. The fruit was gently destemmed and fermented on skins for 14 days before being pressed into a tank. After settling, the wine was racked, taking some solids, to seasoned French puncheons. There, it matured for 23 months before bottling without fining or filtration in February 2025.
