“La Morella" farms their grapes, and other crops using exclusively organic methods since 1985, the Company has specialized in the production of wine (vines of the Colli Tortonesi), but Enio the owner also grows wheat, and aromatic herbs, partly dedicated to the sale and partly for the nourishment of the animals on the farm.
Since 1985 Enio Ferretti has cultivated grapes, wheat, and vegetables using exclusively organic methods at La Morella in Carezzano Superiore, a peaceful little town nestled 343 meters above sea level in the Colli Tortonesi. The Tortona hills are famous for their favorable climate and old vineyards of autochthonous vines such as Cortese, Freisa, and Timorasso. Enio's wines are made without additions.
