Taking a pause from his previous profession as a lawyer, Cary Laverty moved up to central Vic and fell into the safe hands of hospitality and viticulture in and around the Macedon ranges. With a little sprinkle of attention from Josh Cooper, Laverty released his first wine in 2025.
