Fermented on skins for 14 days, hand plunged twice daily and pumped over twice during fermentation, the wine is pressed off to old French hogsheads for elevage for 10 months.
Delinquente Wine Co. is the project of Greg Grigoriou, a winemaker who returned to his Riverland roots with a clear vision: to challenge perceptions of the region and showcase its potential through thoughtful, minimal intervention wine. After growing up immersed in the wine industry, Greg’s direction became clear when he encountered just how compelling Riverland fruit could be when handled with care.
