This wine was pressed to oak with full solids. The lees was stirred throughout malo and then aged in neutral barrels for ten months. 20ppm SO2 was added at bottling with no filtering or fining.

Calyx et le Timbre is produced by Jasmine & Yuri Zinenko on Wurundjeri land in the Upper Yarra. Their property is in Millgrove at the base of Mount Donna Buang, along the Yarra River.

Yuri’s label Calyx began in 2017 with a small batch of Shiraz whilst working at Mount Langhe Ghiran in the Victorian Pyrenees. Jasmine’s label Le Timbre was created in 2015 with one tonne of Shiraz whilst studying viticulture and working as a Sommelier.

In 2024 Calyx et le Timbre was created.
