Grenache Blanc (50%), which spent 8 days on its skins, blended with co-fermented Fiano (35%) & Vermentino (15%), which spent 14 days on their skins. 30% of the blend then spent 2 months in neutral French oak

Tom, with his roots deep in agricultural science, sought a change in 2017. Venturing away from cropping and sheep farming, he found his calling in the seaside vineyards of Geelong, Victoria.

Entranced by grape growing and winemaking, he honed his craft through vintages in Geelong & California, USA. Until, with this experience and a postgraduate degree in oenology tucked under his arm, Wilkie Wines came to life in 2021.
