Shipping rates

Free shipping applies to the subtotal before any discounts. Regional QLD postcodes follow Australia Post Zone 3 classification.

Estimated delivery times

Estimates only. We use Australia Post. You'll get a tracking number when your order ships.

Same-day delivery

Order before 4pm and we'll get it to you today. We use Melbourne Messengers — real humans on bikes. No algorithms, no gig economy, no diesel van idling outside your door. Carbon-free, fast, handled by an actual person from our door to yours.

Available within 10km of the shop. $10. Someone needs to be home — alcohol can't be left unattended.

Click & collect

Order online and pick up in-store. Free, obviously. We're at 356 Smith St, Collingwood.

Mon–Wed & Sun 12pm–8pm · Thu–Sat 12pm–11pm

How we pack

E-commerce packaging is one of the quieter environmental disasters of our time. Mountains of single-use cardboard engineered to be used once, air pillows that will outlive us all, plastic tape on everything. Most of it ends up in landfill before the wine is even opened.

We ship in boxes from our winemakers. The same cartons that carried the wine to us carry it on to you — proper dividers, built for the job, already in circulation. Reused, not recycled. Not because it's cheaper (it isn't). Because it's the obvious thing to do.

Every box is packed like it matters. Packaged like we have severe trust issues with the postman.

No PO boxes. Australia Post won't deliver alcohol to them.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, take a photo and email us at info@crookeddrinks.com.au. We'll sort a replacement or refund — no runaround, no forms.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking link first. If it's stuck or missing, get in touch and we'll follow it up with Australia Post on your behalf.

Age restrictions & signature

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Deliveries require a signature from someone 18+ at the address. If no-one is home, Australia Post will leave a card and hold the parcel at your nearest Post Office for collection. Alcohol cannot be left unattended.
