In January 2008, Charlotte and Thomas embarked on their winegrowing adventure with the acquisition of the Clos de l’Elu estate in the schist terroirs of Anjou Noir. With many years’ experience as wine consultants (Thomas) and in communications and management (Charlotte), they are both passionate about their estate, which is built on the finest terroirs in the Layon valley.
