Hannah Day, previously a wine buyer and sommelier in Melbourne raced at the opportunity to make wines under her own label. With a sprinkling of guidance from Sierra Reed down at Torquay, Day is off to a cracking start with her 2025 Mourvèdre and Marsanne. Sourcing fruit from Vine Vale and Sunbury regions respectively, her inclination to work with lesser-known varieties came naturally.
