    100% certified organic fruit from McLaren Vale

    Picked early February and pressed to tank. Cold settled.

    They seperate a few litres and froze them to add back later after the ferment was sugar dry.
    When the frozen juice was added again, they bottled and created a mini second ferment in bottle that created bubbles.

  • The Winery

    David Geyer and Koen Janssens met in 2015 and set forth to experiment with grapes in exciting new ways, think of it as drinking outside of the box. With their feet in the vineyards and their tongues in their cheek, a new breed of wines were created that unlike your sketchy friend, needed minimal intervention.

    David Geyer, of Barossa’s Geyer Wine Co. assumes the role of Yetti, along with vineyard management duties. Koen Janssens, the Belgian winemaking import/sommelier behind Bink Wines, also goes by the name of ‘Koko’ to his friends.
