Saignée Rosé of two grape varieties that are rarely co-vinified. Muscat of Hamburg and Welschriesling, from Qingtong Valley, Ningxia. The Welschriesling is left on skins to bring an orange hue, whilst the Muscat of Hamburg is ‘bled’ saignée style. White strawberries with a slight spicy nutmeg fragrant hibiscus character.

Founded in 2017, ex-sommelier Ian Dai Hongjing, is a travelling negoçiant / 'nomad winery' that produces idiosyncratic cuvées experimenting with extended maceration, alternative varieties, and multi-vintage blending.

Directly translating to ‘Little Garden’ , Xiao Pu wines are a product of nature, made with sustainable practices and respect for the land and its people. Ian Dai works with long-term partners who share the vision of sustainable agriculture and modern farming philosophies.
