The Brini Vineyard is a special site in McLaren Vale, located in the subregion of Blewitt Springs. The superior soil structure of region was identified by some of the earliest vignerons of the region as prized viticultural sites. The 80-year-old bush vines are dry grown and are organically farmed (uncertified).

After working in vineyards and wineries throughout New Zealand and Australia, Lauren and her family have made South Australia their home. She made her first vintage with Adeladie Hills fruit in 2021 sourcing fruit from Ross at Morialta’s Vineyard in Norton Summit, who uses sustainable farming practices, including no herbicide use.Taking great care to produce fine wines with purity of fruit, vineyard site, regionality and seasonal expression.
