Farmed organically by Lulu Lunn. Lulu's Blewitt Springs Chenin vineyard is 25 year old, east facing and grown in deep white sand on clay, 120m elevation.

The grapes are destemmed, fermented for 2 days on skins, then pressed to tank over winter and bottled with 4g/L residual sugar.
