  • The Winery

    Simon Jones and Charlie O’Brien are two old friends from Sydney who both found their way to wine after separate careers in their 20’s. Since 2017 they have been making wines from an old biodynamic vineyard in the far flung hills of Central Ranges NSW, working with varieties like Grenache, Syrah and Vermentino, all well suited to the sandy granite soils, abundant sunshine and cool nights of the region. The winemaking is carefully hands-off, preferring slow ageing in vessels before bottling when ready. As of 2020 they have bought and leased vineyards in Baw Baw Shire, Gippsland, adding a new dimension to the range with more serious cool climate wines from the rich volcanic soils of the area.
