Wines produced with maceration in earthenware vats, aging in natural terracotta amphorae and/or barriques with minimal quantities of sulphites only when necessary during the bottling phase, spontaneous fermentation, indigenous yeasts and no filtration.

Cantina del Malandarino are located on the eastern side on the slopes of the Etna volcano, 450 m above sea level in the municipality of Mascali, here Diego and Cinzia manage 3 hectares of vineyard planted with saplings, thus realizing the dream of producing wine with the utmost respect for the environment and enhancing the varieties native to the Etna area.
