Barrel ferment - 15% new french oak

Wild ferment. 25% malolactic ferment- 9 months on lees

No fining - filtered before bottling - bottled December 2023.

Aunt Alice began it's life in Robe with a solitary barrel. The next vintage a few more, then a winery, a cellar door and somewhat abruptly, a move to Tasmania where Alice's obsession with cool climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir could be satiated.
Move to 2022 and the first of Alice's Tasmanian wines are made.
