The debut Alessandro Stefani ‘Franc’ comes from their ‘Belaradah’ vineyard, a 2ha block on a northeast facing slope where the cabernet franc was originally planted in 2005 alongside cabernet sauvignon, merlot, malbec, and petit verdot as part of a Bordeaux field blend. They are in the process of converting the site to organic, aiming for full certification by 2025.
